The Hillenbrand Fish & Wildlife Area is maintained by the Minnehaha Fish & Wildlife Area.
Hillenbrand is a great area for hunting and fishing used by many. If you wish to fish on the property then you are likely to catch bass, bluegill, redear, crappie and catfish. On the property you may hunt for deer, rabbit, dove, quail and woodcock. Also turkey and waterfowl hunting is allowed at times on the property.
Also available on the property is wildlife watching, photography, wetland trapping, dog training, and blackberry & morel mushroom gathering. Also you may enjoy just a walk around and a big breath of clean fresh air.
